For patients without dental insurance, if you pay for your treatment by cash we will offer you a 5% prepayment courtesy. lf you pay for your treatment by credit card we will offer you a 3% prepayment
courtesy.
DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept all debit cards.
INSURANCE
If you have dental insurance we will determine which treatment costs are covered by your insurance plan, we will happily submit to your PPO dental plan,many of which we are in-network. If you have any questions about which insurance we accept, please call the office for more information.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Check with your employer to find out if they offer a medical spending account. Medical spending accounts allow you to cover your cosmetic dentistry treatment costs using pre-tax income that is set aside for medical or dental expenses.
FINANCING PLANS
